The village of Lavertezzo in the Verzasca Valley is well-known for its two-arched bridge, the “Ponte dei Salti” (jump bridge), across the Verzasca river, a typical medieval construction made of stone. It is a favourite bathing destination for those who love to take a dip in the river’s green waters.
